  • • Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to Harness Cycle customers with a focus on front desk operations, communication with new riders, POS system, and managing studio communication channels (phone, email, SMS)

    • Manage the check-in process and greet riders with a friendly attitude

    • Handle customer issues and concerns with positivity and promptness

    • Support studio retail operations including keeping the floor organized and completing customer transactions

    • Support community events and partnerships with other area businesses

    • Brainstorm content and experience ideas

    • Work with Team Leads and Studio Manager to support campaigns in the studio and the neighborhood

  • • Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines

    • Strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, customers, and leadership

    • A personal passion for movement

    • Ability to demonstrate a desire to lead an intentional lifestyle, including in the workplace

    • A desire to use your role to create a positive impact in the neighborhood

    • Available to work flexible/non-traditional hours (including weekends and some holidays)

    • Technical skills/comfort with learning the Mariana Tek booking system, team communication platforms + learning the implementation of additional systems
