weather policy:

in the event you cannot attend a ride due to inclement weather, please contact us to late cancel at info@harnesscycle.com or call the studio at 216-415-5056. we will credit your ride back to your account. riders that no-show will not receive a credit.

note: it’s rare for us to cancel classes or close the studio due to inclement weather. if we do need to close, we will notify you promptly via email, text/phone, and post on instagram.

studio requests:

1. wet and/or salty shoes
to ensure the safety of all riders and maintain a clean studio environment, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering our lobby area. please place your shoes in the provided trays or rugs.

2. cycling shoes
please wait until you enter the studio to put on cycling shoes. feel free to grab a pair of slides to use in the lobby + restroom area. cleats will cause damage to the floors and are slippery to walk on.

3. lockers
all coats can be hung on the hooks in the hallway. all personal items must be kept in lockers + not on bench areas or floors.
