Instructors lead the ride blending heat and sweat through resistance and speed. Grounded in positive psychology, our feeling-based coaching uses movement and shared experience to deepen self-awareness and confidence.

By moving together, participants learn to connect with their emotions in real time, using feelings as guides for authentic choices. This embodied approach builds clarity, resilience, and trust—both in oneself and in the collective process..

All instructors go through Feel Good Certification, which is accredited by NASM and AFAA.
