Similar to The League (from 2024), you’ll commit to weekly rides and challenge yourself to show up for yourself + ride each week.
But you’re not doing this alone. Challenges like Spring Training come with support. You’ll be on this ride with your coach + other people in this challenge too!
Plus: we’ll pre-book your class for you. All you have to do is show up for you!

To work toward creating a new routine with people to support you. To wake up a little earlier, sweat + feel great. to create a new way to start your day.

YOU CAN! Spring Training is open to everyone.
If you’re a Circle member, we’ll use your membership credits to pre-book your rides.
Not a Circle member? We’ll use your existing credits or you can purchase for a 4-ride package, which includes advanced booking + rentals.

FREE to join for everyone.
Circle members: use credits from existing membership and/or purchase additional credits at your membership rate.
Non-circle members: use existing credits in your account and/or $100 for 4-ride package, which includes advanced booking + free shoe rentals

Make up any class by booking another weekday morning class. (No weekends.)
All classes will be pre-booked for you. You will be responsible to cancel any ride you can’t make + re-book it.
To cancel: same process as regular booked classes. Log into your Harness Cycle account + cancel your booked class.

Complete Spring Training and you’ll create a new movement routine to kick off spring + have a true sense of accomplishment.
