Day 25.
Simple Journaling Practice
Author | Agnes I
With all of our busy lives, it’s important to have a balanced mind. Whenever I have a big decision to make and feel stressed about it or if I’m just having a tough week, I like to sit down in the morning or evening for 5-10 mins to write out my thoughts. This helps me remove the anxiety off my brain and calms me down. Not sure what to write about? Start with a list of 3 things that you’re grateful for or write out the reasons you feel worried and how you can combat those feelings.
I enjoy using the Gratitude Journal from One Ray Journals which is a local Cleveland female owned business. You can purchase the intention/gratitude card decks along with a journal to start or continue a mindfulness practice.
